While looking around on youtube I found this amazingly healing piece of footage. It is so soothing to watch and I felt at peace immediately.
My new favourite music to unwind to is anything by Gary Stadler. He writes some beautiful piano, orchestral and vocal music about faeries. I'm sure I was Irish in another lifetime! Together with the beautiful artwork by Gilbert Williams featured on this clip, this music results in such a nourishing experience for the inner child.
